Question 2: The Higher Education Bond

Question 4: The Green Bond
The Green Bond allocates $53 million to nine projects, including $15 million for the modernization of Quonset’s Port of Davisville and $10 million for the Municipal Resilience Program. Other key investments include $5 million each for brownfield remediation, local recreation projects, agricultural land preservation, and forest and habitat management. Additionally, $3 million is designated for the Newport Cliff Walk restoration, with smaller amounts for climate resiliency and open space programs.
